What data we collect
- Order data: full name, e-mail, mobile number, delivery address and note — solely to fulfil the contract (processing and delivering your order).
- Newsletter: e-mail address, based on your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Contact form: name, e-mail and message content, to answer your enquiry.
We do not collect payment card details — payment happens exclusively on delivery with the courier.
Legal basis and retention
We process order data to perform the contract and keep it as long as tax and accounting regulations require. Contact form data is kept until your enquiry is resolved, and the newsletter e-mail until consent is withdrawn.
Who we share data with
We pass delivery data (name, address, phone) to the courier GLS Croatia solely to deliver your parcel. We never sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
